Proforma quarterly reports can be found on the documents page. By Society Seneschal rules, it is a requirement to immediately inform the Group Seneschal (who must inform the Kingdom Seneschal) of any incident requiring emergency services. (See Society Handbook V D 2 (top of page 11).
